Is a c-section #scar still causing pain and discomfort?

Many abdominal symptoms can be attributed to a c-section and scarring: constipation, pain, digestive issues, pelvic floor issues. Consider acupuncture injection therapy to reduce symptoms and the appearance of scarring.

C-section scar and pelvic floor treatments involve very superficial injections of fluid along and around the c-section scar and very specific points on the abdomen that affect the pelvic floor.

This treatment helps the dysfunctional scar tissue heal and recover to alleviate long term symptoms – including trauma, constipation, pain – associated with the surgery. Pelvic floor issues can also be treated and resolved in a similar way.

The procedure is 5 min, can be done along with any acupuncture session and is very helpful.

Does it hurt?

My patients keeps saying that the acupuncture needles are actually more noticeable than the injections around the C-section scarring and abdomen!

Treatments can start around the incisions as soon as three weeks (as long as it is healing well) and into the scar tissue at 6 weeks – again depending on healing process.

But the treatment can happen 10 years after a C-section. Doesn’t matter.

Don’t wait. Stop living in pain. There are so many options for women and their healing.
